Starting August 3, 2020, the Accounting Office will have different office procedures.\u00a0 These will be reevaluated as needed to accommodate demand and the effects of COVID-19 on campus.<\/p>\n

The Finance\/Accounting Office staff will be staggering in office workdays:<\/strong>
\n1. Team A \u2013 Monday and Wednesday: Alesha Showman, Ben Emch, John Lahey.
\n2. Team B \u2013 Tuesday and Thursday: Amy Gettys, Jennifer Seely, Maura Donahue.
\n3. Team C \u2013 Tuesday and Friday: Allison Hill.<\/p>\n

The check run will now be Tuesday with checks being mailed on Wednesday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Accounting Office will be open by appointment only.<\/strong>
\n1. All\u00a0cash\u00a0deposits and essential paperwork must be dropped off with an appointment.
\n2. Please contact the appropriate party for your appointment or Alesha Showman at\u00a0aashowma@owu.edu<\/a>\u00a0for generic appointments.<\/p>\n

An Accounting Office Drop Box will be located outside the main door of University Hall Room 018.<\/strong>
\n1. Please use this for\u00a0check\u00a0deposits and non-essential paperwork.
\n2. Cashier receipts will be sent in campus mail and confirmation for all other paperwork will be sent through email.<\/p>\n
