As we prepare for the start of another semester, we wanted remind staff about upcoming events and also announce some new features to the staff council website.<\/p>\n

Upcoming Events:
\n1. Class of 2023 Convocation – Thursday, August 15, at 4:30 p.m. on the Merrick Hall Lawn.
\n2. Faculty\/Staff Welcome Back Picnic – Tuesday, August 20, from 4-7 p.m. on the Merrick Hall Lawn.
\n3. Day on the Jay – Friday, August 23, from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., on the JAYwalk.
\n4. Wellness Expo – Wednesday, August 28.
\n5. All-Staff Meeting – Thursday, August 29, at 9 a.m., in Room 301 of Merrick Hall.<\/p>\n

New features on the Staff Council website (https:\/\/www.owu.edu\/faculty-and-staff\/staff-council\/<\/a>):
\n1. Updated Professional & Personal Development Opportunities and Resources.
\n2. OWU Employee Discount listing.<\/p>\n
