If your recipients don\u2019t have viewing permissions for the file, you can grant them access in Gmail before sending.<\/p>\n<p>How to Insert Drive files in your Gmail messages:<br \/>\n1. In Gmail, click Compose.<br \/>\n2. In the Compose toolbar, click Drive drive and choose your file.<br \/>\n3. Click Insert.<br \/>\n4.
