Karate\/TKD PE301 is one of the greatest self-defense systems ever created. Activity courses are offered for beginners to advance students. You will learn the complete system created by the oldest living people on earth, taught in a safe and cooperative environment. Skills include kicking, striking, defending, escaping.<\/p>\n

In Jiu-Jitsu PE341, you will learn the complete system of Gracie\/Pedro Sauer Jiujitsu as Helio Gracie wanted it taught in a fun, safe and cooperative environment. Skills learned will include grappling, takedowns, jointlocks, escapes and groundfighting.<\/p>\n

Safety is our No. 1 concern in our classes. We believe in partners, not opponents. Our facility is a clean, padded training area, and classes will help improve your confidence, health, strength, self-discipline and lower stress.
