Come one, come all, to the greatest Carnival of them all! Kappa Alpha Theta presents: CASA Carnival, a harvest carnival full of games, prizes, a costume contest, face painting, food and more!<\/p>\n

All proceeds go to Delaware County\u2019s Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and the Theta Foundation. CASA is a national organization of advocates who judges appoint to speak for the safety and well-being of abused and neglected children in the foster care system. The Theta Foundation provides women with funding opportunities so they can reach their fullest potential.<\/p>\n
