THIS THURSDAY (Oct. 25 from 5 to 7 p.m.) IN BENES ROOM A, a 13-year competitive ballroom dance veteran will be teaching you a little West Coast Swing, Tango, Merengue, Bachata and Hustle. Dancing will be accompanied with a discussion of globalization and fetishization of non-western dances. A small dance party and light refreshments to follow. Come learn a bit about more about the origins of these dances and bust a move! [Event is open to both students and faculty].<\/p>\n
