For urgent issues \u2013 including a fire, medical, or police emergency, or a serious in-progress crime \u2013 CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. Do not use the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.owu.edu\/report-a-problem\">Report a Problem<\/a> form.<\/p>\n<p>For issues that require prompt Public Safety or building maintenance attention, such as a room lockout or broken water pipe, CONTACT PUBLIC SAFETY 24 hours a day at 740-368-2222. Do not use the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.owu.edu\/report-a-problem\">Report a Problem<\/a> form.<\/p>\n<p>If your issue traditionally has required completion of a Buildings &amp; Grounds service request, including an account number for any charges, continue to USE THE B&amp;G FORM accessible via the myOWU gateway.<\/p>\n<p>For other needs, please use the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.owu.edu\/report-a-problem\">Report a Problem<\/a> form.
