OWU Shorin Ryu karate\/TKD PE301 and Kobudo is a dynamic discipline of Japanese, Okinawan origins, for everyone, designed to give a solid understanding of core techniques of Karate\/TKD kicking, punching, self-defense, and traditional weapons.<\/p>\n

OWU Gracie\/Sauer PE341 Jiujitsu is designed to give students a solid understanding of the core techniques and essential Jiu Jitsu techniques of Jiu-Jitsu, conditioning, body movement and self-defense to most encountered self defense scenarios & how to deal with them. Designed to optimize health, spirit, strength, core, cardio, and balance.<\/p>\n

Non-credit courses: Fight Fit group fitness classes designed to get you in top shape and Power & Flow Yoga.\u00a0We also offer Self-Defense courses tested in the real world.<\/p>\n
