To receive your 1098-T form electronically, please give your consent by following the instructions below by <b>Jan. 1, 2027<\/b>. If consent is not given by this date, your form will be mailed to your current address on file by the end of January 2027.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0The benefits of receiving electronic notification<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Online delivery provides access to the 1098-T form earlier than the traditional mailing process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Online delivery eliminates the chance that the 1098-T will get lost, misdirected, or delayed during delivery, or misplaced once you receive it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Signing up for online delivery is easy and secure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Students can receive their 1098-T form while traveling or away from their home address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To give consent to receive your 1098-T form electronically, click on the link below and follow the simple instructions to sign up!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/heartland.ecsi.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/heartland.ecsi.net&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1793446746935000&amp;usg=AOvVaw0d9XNSwPReErDKFCckx1GW\">https:\/\/heartland.ecsi.net<\/a><\/li>\n<li>At the top right of the page, click Register to create a profile. If you already have a profile, click <b>Sign In<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Once logged into your account, navigate to <i><b>Your Communication Center<\/b><\/i> at the top.<\/li>\n<li>Select <b>Tax Statement eConsent<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>At the bottom of the page, click <b>Add New Consent<\/b>.
