Here we are again, the start of a new academic year!\u00a0 Why not do something different with your week and add in time for you?\u00a0 There is a group of individuals who gather in Edwards Gym from 12-1 p.m. Tuesdays & Thursdays for a yoga practice.<\/p>\n

Realistically, we start at 12:10, so you have time to change, and class is also offered on Zoom.\u00a0 Class is open to all levels, from newbie to seasoned practitioner.\u00a0 Dress in active\/fitness wear, bring your own mat if you like (all other props are provided).<\/p>\n

The first module of yoga will be Aug. 27 – Oct. 15.\u00a0 Cost is $130 for the entire session.\u00a0 $15\/single class drop-in.\u00a0 To sign up, just email me to let me know you are coming; alternatively, you can send your payment via Venmo, PayPal (@emilyhanafin), cash, or check.<\/p>\n
