(You will not create a separate username\/password for the printer.)\u00a0 You should be prompted to sign in only once, after which PaperCut will associate your ID with your OWU username and password.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Just a reminder: This upgrade will activate features to streamline <span class=\"il\">printing<\/span> services, enhance security, and improve efficiency. Features to be activated with the PaperCut installation include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Secure <span class=\"il\">Printing<\/span>: Your print jobs will be held in a queue until you are physically standing at the <span class=\"il\">printer<\/span>, swipe your OWU ID card, and confirm the job.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Anywhere <span class=\"il\">Printing<\/span> (Find-Me <span class=\"il\">Printing<\/span>): Send your print job to a single queue and release it at any PaperCut-enabled MFD on campus using your OWU ID. (And cancel the <span class=\"il\">printing if you no longer need it<\/span>.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Departmental Accounting: Tracking and allocating print costs by department will be simplified for improved fiscal management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Reminder Regarding Your OWU ID Card:\u00a0Your updated, working OWU ID card will be required to release print jobs at any MFD and for building access. If you have lost your card or if it is not functioning correctly, visit the OWU Card Office at the Information Services Help Desk in the basement of the R.W.
