Prompt reporting allows the Office of the Registrar to accurately update student records, enables faculty advisors to guide students effectively for spring registration, and triggers important mid-semester interventions for students who need academic support.<\/div>\n<div><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>Midterm grade estimates for full semester courses are due by 4:30 PM EDT on Monday, October 13, 2025.\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"gmail_signature\" dir=\"ltr\" data-smartmail=\"gmail_signature\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<p><b>Q. How do I submit midterm grade estimates for my full semester courses?<\/b><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Log into\u00a0<b><a href=\"https:\/\/campus.owu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/campus.owu.edu\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1759887250123000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2VfxdbQLYWnHmh1r9opbml\">OWU Self-Service<\/a><\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Hover over the\u00a0<b>Classes<\/b>\u00a0tab at the top and select\u00a0<b>Course Management<\/b>\u00a0from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<li>Select the course section you wish to grade.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<b>Overall Grades<\/b>\u00a0on the left.<\/li>\n<li><b>REMINDER:\u00a0<\/b>Midterm grade estimates use their own scale. Do not assign standard letter grades.<\/li>\n<li>For each student, assign a midterm grade estimate from the drop-down list in the\u00a0<b>Submitted midterm grade<\/b>\u00a0column.
