Want to incorporate something new into your weekly movement or wellness routine?\u00a0 Look no further!\u00a0 Yoga is offered on campus every week on Tuesdays & Thursdays in Edwards Gym from 12-1 p.m. over the lunch hour.<\/p>\n

You probably think you “can’t get away” from your desk two times a week for an hour.\u00a0 Or that the whole world will implode while you step away. But you deserve to do something that incorporates your brain, body, and breath. All the yoga props you need are provided; all you need to do is show up.<\/p>\n

We mainly practice hatha yoga; we also do restorative, work on joint mobility, balance, and also breathwork. First class is Thursday, Aug. 21, in Edwards Gym — it will be warm in there! Cost for first module Aug. 21-Oct. 7 is $120. (No class Sept. 2 & 4.) Payable by cash, check, Venmo @Emily-Hanafin, or PayPal. Hope to see you there!<\/p>\n
