OWU Benefit Eligible Employees – The Open Enrollment Portal is OPEN!<\/p>\n

Reminder that our next benefit plan year is effective\u00a0for the benefit plan year from\u00a0July 1, 2025 \u2013 June 30, 2026.<\/p>\n

There are no changes to benefit providers or plan design. This is a passive enrollment meaning all of your current benefit enrollments will be moved forward to the new benefit year with the exception of FSA, Flex Medical, Flex Limited Purpose, and Flex Dependent Care – you will need to actively enroll in these plans for 2025-2026.<\/p>\n

You’re invited to view a previously recorded information session on the HR webpage<\/a> or join us May 28<\/strong> for our final virtual session to inform eligible employees about your OWU healthcare plan and benefit offerings!<\/p>\n

The updated\u00a02025 Open Enrollment Guide<\/u>\u00a0\u00a02025 Open Enrollment Guide<\/a>\u00a0can be accessed on the\u00a0\u00a0OWU Benefit Information Page<\/a><\/p>\n

To review or change your benefit elections or deduction information:<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Log on to\u00a0My OWU Single Sign-On<\/a> to access ADP and look at your current benefit elections, your Health Savings Account, or your Flex Spending Account contributions.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0If you don’t want to make any changes, do nothing.\u00a0 Your elections\u00a0will\u00a0remain the same\u00a0for the next\u00a0benefit\u00a0plan year.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Log in to ADP to make any changes you need.\u00a0\u00a0Changes must be in\u00a0ADP\u00a0no later than May 31, 2025.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Changes will be reflected in the new benefit plan year effective July 1, 2025 \u2013 June 30, 2026!<\/p>\n
