When you graduate from OWU, you have the opportunity to convert your BishopApps (Google Workspace) account to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/helpdesk.owu.edu\/topics\/11033\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/helpdesk.owu.edu\/topics\/11033&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1745448202020000&amp;usg=AOvVaw0N5kbgDFW5KycnCT9q9088\">Email-for-Life<\/a>, which\u00a0<em>preserves all of your data<\/em>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>If you\u00a0<em>don\u2019t<\/em>\u00a0do this, ALL of your data may be permanently DELETED.<\/strong> That includes all of your BishopMail, Contacts, Calendar entries, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, all files stored in Drive, YouTube videos, and any other content in Google services associated with your OWU account.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>As soon as your enrollment status changes to alumni, you may convert your account to Email-for-Life <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.owu.edu\/cgi-bin\/accounts\/OWerpAlumAcct.cgi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/admin.owu.edu\/cgi-bin\/accounts\/OWerpAlumAcct.cgi&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1745448202020000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3oQxkzNYTveyZVjQ10YZcn\">here<\/a>.
