Your brain and body will thank you, I promise! Yoga class is every Tuesday and Thursday from noon – 1 p.m. in Edwards Gym. Oct. 15 – Dec. 5 (no classes Nov. 26 & 28).<\/p>\n

Open to all faculty & staff. I have all the things you need! Just show up dressed in clothing that is comfortable to move in (workout attire). Cash\/check\/PayPal\/Venmo accepted.<\/p>\n
