Student Employment is working to simplify and standardize the process for posting and collecting applications for your student jobs. We are no longer using the Handshake platform for this purpose. To post and collect applications for a student job, please follow this protocol:<\/div>\n

  1. Send your student job posting to\u00a0studentemployment@owu.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. We will inform you as soon as your student job is posted at which time you may begin advertising it via the OWU Daily, department newsletters, etc.<\/li>\n
  3. All student jobs will be posted on the OWU\u00a0Job Openings<\/a>\u00a0webpage.<\/li>\n
  4. DO NOT use a Google Doc for students to apply for your position. All applications must be made via ADP to help us standardize our practices campus-wide. When students click the\u00a0Job Openings link for your job, they will be able to read your detailed description and apply.<\/li>\n
  5. When a student applies for your job, you (the supervisor) will be notified by email from\u00a0recruitment_notifications@adp.com<\/a>, and you will be able to review the full application via ADP following this process<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
