Training is always a great workout as well as a stress reducer.<\/p>\n<p>Gracie Jiujitsu <strong>PE341<\/strong>: You will learn the complete system of Gracie\/Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiujitsu in an enjoyable, safe, cooperative environment taught by internationally certified instructors. No former experience required! Skills include throws, takedowns, grappling, joint locks, escapes, and ground fighting.<\/p>\n<p>Safety is our No. 1 concern in our classes. We believe in partners, not opponents \u2013 we are not an MMA-type school, but a place where you can develop confidence, technique, and real-life self-defense skills.
