The first form available is our student Change of Schedule form. Students can complete this form to request a change to their course schedule. Faculty may receive approval notices via email if one of their students requests a change.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;d like to test out the system, you can log-in using the following link. Make sure to click on the OWU Logo for single sign on (not the softdocs etrieve login boxes). You can test a very simple form by navigating to Forms \/ Example Form. <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.owu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/docs.owu.edu&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1707874029786000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2LCNzVySYImJyUnv3VSKrJ\">https:\/\/forms.owu.edu<\/a><\/p>\n<p>More forms and workflows will be added to the system this spring semester, including the Graduation Application, OWU Connection forms, and others.
