To recognize OWU Wellness Week and National Stress Awareness Day, Counseling Services is sponsoring a drop-in wellness space on Wednesday, Nov. 1, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. in HWCC 304. Games, coloring, fidgets, and resources will be available to use on your own or with your friends. At noon, we will offer a guided meditation led by Dr. Inna Fatkins. Please feel free to come and go as needed to take a moment for yourself during the busy day!<\/p>\n
