\nDirect the design and image of our club in social media, posters, and announcements.
\nBe the point of contact and outreach between our club and other clubs\/organizations\/Greek life.
\nFacilitate collaborations with departments\/clubs\/organizations.
\nManage communications with Student Involvement Office, IOCP Office, and other collaborating offices.
\nWork with Secretary to ensure both external and internal communications are consistent.<\/p>\n
\nWork under Public Relations chair and Secretary.
\nManage the club\u2019s Instagram account actively throughout the academic year.
\nCoordinate with the Public Relations head when it comes to coordinating with alumni network groups (OWUSAA and alumni office).
\nEvent Coordinator Chairs (2 people will be elected for this position)
\nTake charge of creating event ideas and opportunities.
\nWork on fundraising for our club (hosting fundraising).
\nCoordinate and reach out to volunteers and performers, tabling.
\nCoordinate on-the-day event.
\nHandle food logistics & purchasing (contact restaurants, delivery, dietary restrictions, food labeling and communicate with AVI).
\nWork with the Treasurer while placing orders to ensure the club follows the budgetary restrictions.<\/p>\n
\nCreate a shopping list (of decoration items, cutlery, etc.)
\nWork with volunteers to set up the decorations for the events.
\nWork with the Treasurer for budget allocations.<\/p>\n
