A new OWU Meditation Circle is being facilitated by Dr. Mark Allison and hosted by the Chaplain’s Office.\u00a0 The OWU Meditation Circle will meet in Peale Chapel (3rd floor Hamilton-Williams Campus Center) Friday afternoons from 3:10-4 p.m.\u00a0 Among other benefits, meditation can help manage stress and promote self-awareness. Anyone interested in learning or practicing meditation is welcome to attend, regardless of your knowledge or experience level. Students, faculty, and staff are all welcome to attend as well.<\/p>\n
