{"id":115605,"date":"2023-07-05T08:00:20","date_gmt":"2023-07-05T12:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.owu.edu\/daily\/?p=115605"},"modified":"2023-07-04T09:44:30","modified_gmt":"2023-07-04T13:44:30","slug":"news-for-owu-families-what-do-families-need-to-know-from-you","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sites.owu.edu\/daily\/news-for-owu-families-what-do-families-need-to-know-from-you\/","title":{"rendered":"News for OWU Families \u2013 What do families need to know from you?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>News for OWU Families<\/strong>\u00a0is a monthly email communication sent to all parents and families of\u00a0<strong><em>current students<\/em><\/strong> and mimics the style and process of the OWU Daily.\u00a0It is on hiatus for the summer break and will return in August (submissions will be due by noon Aug. 4).\u00a0 Now is a good time to brainstorm submissions for the academic year \u2013 what do families need to know from you\/your department?<\/p>\n<p>During the academic year, emails will be sent on the first Wednesday of every month.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sites.owu.edu\/newsforowufamilies\/new-at-owu-submissions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/sites.owu.edu\/newsforowufamilies\/new-at-owu-submissions\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1688564424375000&amp;usg=AOvVaw0PcjLHo0yBZjDzixrb7ivP\">Submissions<\/a> will be due the Friday before each email release.<\/p>\n<p>This digest aims to keep parents and families informed, engaged, and regularly supplied with resources. Please plan to review with your team on a monthly basis what information is of value to parents and families from your area.
