Congratulations! When you graduate from OWU, you have the opportunity to convert your BishopApps (Google Workspace) account to Email-for-Life<\/a>, which\u00a0preserves all of your data<\/em>.\u00a0If you\u00a0don\u2019t<\/em>\u00a0do this, ALL of your data may be permanently DELETED.<\/strong>\u00a0That includes all your BishopMail, contacts, calendar entries, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, all files stored in Drive, YouTube videos, and any other content in Google services associated with your OWU account.<\/p>\n

You may convert your account to Email-for-Life\u00a0here<\/a>, as soon as your enrollment status changes to alumni. Otherwise, be on the watch for an email notice that your account may be removed in the weeks after graduation. See the\u00a0E-mail for Life (EFL) page<\/a>\u00a0for a typical timeline and additional information. Again, if you fail to convert, your data may be gone!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
