The OWU Admission Office is seeking to fill three positions in our new Summer Intern Program for Summer 2023. The Summer Intern Program is a paid internship experience and provides robust and varied experiences within recruitment. Only OWU students are eligible to apply and they must be in good academic standing. Most importantly, students should demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for OWU and a strong desire to share that with various constituents (prospective students\/families, school and independent counselors, etc.)<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities may include:
\nLeading campus tours and live virtual tours
\nServing on panels
\nCreating video and assisting with Social Media initiatives
\nProviding assistance with Admission events
\nConducting market research
\nAssisting with the development of the Tour Guide Program, including planning regular and ongoing training, professional development opportunities and social activities
\nEngaging with various constituents in person, as well as via phone, email and text messaging
\nAnalysis of and report development for specific recruitment initiatives
\nManaging special projects as assigned
\nAnswering telephones and assisting callers with their needs
\nTraining to give the Admission Presentation
\nManaging other administrative tasks as assigned<\/p>\n
