Sign up for a 30-minute 1:1 conversation with a Strengths Coach<\/a>\u00a0to learn all about your strengths and how this can impact your future goals and challenges. Learn about the unique ways you experience your strengths every day, how your strengths influence one another, and how you can leverage these strengths on teams, in leadership roles, and in your future career!<\/div>\n

Please be sure that you complete the\u00a0OWU Strengths Assessment<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0ahead of time! Once you register for a timeslot, you will be connected with your coach and asked to send them a copy of your Strengths Insight Report so that you can have a truly impactful 25 minutes together!<\/div>\n

On Thursday our sessions will occur virtually via Zoom, and on Friday our sessions will occur at the person’s designated office (if no office is designated at this time, one will be secured shortly).<\/div>\n
