OWU students, staff, faculty, and families are needed to soft launch a volunteer-based program in which any person can agree to do a biweekly clean up on and around a storm drain of their choosing within Delaware City. The Adopt-a-Drain program is Savannah Domenech&#8217;s &#8217;25 small grant project and is a collaboration between the City of Delaware and Ohio Wesleyan University.
