Kick off International Transgender Week of Visibility with a keynote delivered by Councilwoman Rosemary Ketchum. Ketchum is a Council member representing Wheeling City\u2019s 3rd Ward. She advocates for a range of issues including LGBTQ+ rights, racial justice, affordable housing, homelessness, and governmental transparency. She is West Virginia\u2019s first openly transgender elected official and has helped in paving the way for many transgender and LGBTQ+ elected officials in the United States to have equitable representation in government. This is a great opportunity to meet an elected official with an LGBTQ+ perspective!<\/p>\n

The Keynote will be TODAY, Monday, March 28 from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM in Hamilton-Williams Campus Center in Benes Rooms B.<\/p>\n
