Expectations of Position:
\n\u00b7 Filing documents and completing tasks in appropriate and timely manner.
\n\u00b7 Greeting others with courtesy and respect.
\n\u00b7 Professionally communicate with others on behalf of the HR Office (within the position’s job responsibilities.)
\n\u00b7 Preparing letters and mailings as assigned.
\n\u00b7 Assisting with special projects as needed.
\n\u00b7 Delivering mail.
\n\u00b7 Other duties as assigned.
\n\u00b7 Occasional lifting \/ moving of file boxes is required.<\/p>\n

Required Skills \/ Qualifications:
\n\u00b7 Ability to maintain strict confidentially.
\n\u00b7 Ability to stand and kneel for a period of time while working.
\n\u00b7 Strong organizational skills & attention to details.
\n\u00b7 Computer knowledge – Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive.<\/p>\n
