Residential Life is looking for friendly and kind leaders actively engaged in the OWU community and committed to helping better serve their fellow students to be RAs\/Mods for the 2022-23 academic year.<\/p>\n<p>As an RA\/Mod, you&#8217;ll develop important skills in community development, leadership, communication, crisis and conflict management, and more. In addition, you are paid a stipend and get a single room at the lowest rate.
