At Northern Trust, Zach leads enterprise transformation initiatives, partnering with business and technology leaders to improve operating models and deliver large-scale modernization programs.

Prior to Northern Trust, Zach was an Engagement Manager in Enterprise & Functional Strategy at Strategy& (part of the PwC network), where he advised financial services firms across wealth and asset management, banking, payments, insurance, and capital markets, specializing in growth strategy, operating model design, cost transformation, and large-scale process and technology modernization.

Previously, Zach was a Vice President at SIFMA, the leading trade association representing investment banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, and service providers across the securities industry. Earlier in his career, Zach worked in the public sector at two DC-based think tanks, most recently the Bipartisan Policy Center, founded by four former U.S. Senate Majority Leaders.

Zach has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University.
