Yan is currently a Sr. Research Scientist in People Experience and Technology (PXT) organization at Amazon, leveraging science and research to understand employee sentiment, and providing data driven insights to inform program and product decisions that support 1.2 million+ Amazonians worldwide. Since graduating from OWU in 2011, Yan has received her master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, and has been working in the people analytics field since then. Yan is open to:

• Speaking with a student virtually or on the phone
• Mentoring a student
• Participating in OWU events such as speed networking, mock interviewing, panels, etc.

Yan was an international student at OWU and majored in Psychology.
