Sophia ’24 is a recent graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, where she earned her degree in Business Management with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies. As a student, she was a member of the women’s lacrosse team, an active participant in Greek Life, and involved with Women of Wesleyan (WOW), experiences that helped shape her leadership skills and passion for community building.

Now working in Human Resources, Sophia is excited to support current students and recent alumni as they navigate early career decisions. She’s especially interested in helping student-athletes, business majors, and sorority members. Sophia is open to mentoring, resume reviewing, and speaking about a range of topics—from entering the HR field and networking as a young professional, to budgeting on a starting salary, relocating to a new city, and understanding what HR really is.

With a strong commitment to giving back, Sophia looks forward to connecting with the OWU community throughout the year.

Sophia is happy to assist in the following ways:
