While not an OWU graduate, Kristen has long appreciated the University’s impact on the Delaware community and is passionate about supporting its students. Throughout her career, she has focused on mentoring and developing others across higher education, healthcare, and corporate settings.

Kristen has also been deeply involved in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, chairing the President and Provost’s Council on Women at The Ohio State University and leading diversity councils at OhioHealth, Ohio State, and the University of Cincinnati. Her work emphasizes access, clarity, and the belief that inclusive practices strengthen organizations and communities alike.
