Kimberly has worked in the talent acquisition field since graduating in 2019. She started out in healthcare recruiting, where she recruited for several business lines across multiple states. Kimberly now works in HR in the transportation industry. She collaborates with all departments to onboard new employees into the organization, which includes pre-employment testing, working with background checks, and more. Through COTA, she obtained a certification in People Analytics and works on numerous projects with her supervisors related to hiring data. Kimberly has experience in leadership and management and also provides operational support for the sorority chapter she advises.

Kimberly is glad to work with students in the following ways:

• Speaking with a student 1:1 on campus
• Speaking with a student virtually or on the phone
• Presenting to a student organization
• Assisting OWU Alumni (recent Alumni, or Alumni in transition)
• Serving as a resume-reviewer for OWU students and/or Alumni
• Participating in OWU events such as speed networking, mock interviewing, panels, etc.

During her time at OWU, Kimberly studied Genetics and Dance. She was involved in Greek Life, in Delta Zeta, in which she now serves as a chapter advisor. She was also involved in Leadership, Terpsicorps, and Orchesis.
