Julian is the founder and CEO of Tapply. It is a social networking app that leverages your trusted network to source knowledge, know-how, and expertise.

Prior to that, Julian was a sales manager at a renewable energy company for 5 years, where he hired and managed around 200 people during his tenure.

At Ohio Wesleyan, Julian studied Philosophy and was involved in the Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity, the Philosophy Review Board, and a mentorship program in Columbus.

Julian is willing to support the OWU community and people interested in Entrepreneurship or product management with the following:

• Presenting to a class in-person
• Presenting to a student organization
• Conducting a virtual webinar
• Mentoring a student
• Participating in OWU events such as speed networking, mock interviewing, panels, etc.
• Hosting a student for an externship or shadowing experience
• Hosting a “Career Trek / Visit” with a group of students & OWU staff

Julian is interested in distributing Tapply to clubs, classes, and other organizations like the incubator at OWU. The product is designed to facilitate the crowd-sourcing of knowledge from existing cohorts like these and it can be a huge asset to students.
