Biography

Blake Johnson ’24 is currently a Public Partnerships Assistant with the Tax Time program at United Way of Central Ohio and is pursuing his Master of Public Administration (MPA) at The Ohio State University. A proud OWU alum, Blake majored in Politics and Government and took numerous courses in Economics. During his time at OWU, he was deeply involved in student life—competing in cross country and track, serving in Residential Life and WCSA, working as a Career Connection Ambassador, and participating in international travel through IOCP.

Blake is passionate about supporting students, especially fellow student-athletes, those navigating college with disabilities, and students from underrepresented backgrounds. He enjoys mentoring, reviewing resumes and cover letters, and participating in career development events. Blake brings a strong public service orientation to his work and is excited to share insights from his experience in nonprofit partnerships, government, and community engagement.

Blake is open to virtual or in-person connections and looks forward to supporting OWU students however he can.
