Jerri Harris is an accomplished Human Resources (HR) professional with more than 30 years of experience. She has a broad range of expertise in career development, organizational development, employee engagement, leadership development, coaching & mentoring, and group facilitation & training. She currently serves in a leadership role at a local community college, where she continues her commitment to developing talent and fostering inclusive workplace environments.

Jerri is a proud alumna of Ohio Wesleyan University. She is passionate about helping BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) students and alumni. She looks forward to working with you in the following ways:

-Speaking with a student virtually or on the phone
-Presenting to a student organization
-Conducting a virtual webinar
Mentoring a student
-Serving as a resume-reviewer for OWU students and/or Alumni
-Participating in OWU events such as speed networking, mock interviewing, panels, etc.

During her time at OWU, Jerri was involved in the Student Union of Black Awareness and the Wesleyan Council on Student Affairs.
