Jerri Harris is an accomplished Human Resources (HR) professional with more than 30 years experience. She has a broad range of expertise in career development, organization development, employee engagement, leadership development, coaching & mentoring, and group facilitation & training.

Jerri is passionate about helping BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) students and alumni. She looks forward to working with you in the following ways:

• Speaking with a student virtually or on the phone
• Presenting to a student organization
• Conducting a virtual webinar
• Mentoring a student
• Serving as a resume-reviewer for OWU students and/or Alumni
• Participating in OWU events such as speed networking, mock interviewing, panels, etc.

During her time at OWU, Jerri was involved in the Student Union of Black Awareness and the
Wesleyan Council on Student Affairs.
