Hannah is a first-generation Cum Laude graduate from Ohio Wesleyan University, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor in Communication. She is currently a Clinical Research Coordinator II in the Center for Gene Therapy at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. The Center for Gene Therapy conducts clinical trials for pre and post FDA approved drugs utilized for treatment of neuromuscular diseases. She is the Lead Coordinator on six clinical trials – three studying Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) and three studying Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). She manages all aspects of the trials while following FDA Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and ensuring patient care and safety.
Hannah is happy to be contacted by Psychology and Communications majors/minors and first generation students. She looks forward to working with students by:
- Speaking with a student 1:1 on campus
- Speaking with a student virtually or on the phone
- Presenting to a class in-person
- Presenting to a student organization
- Conducting a virtual webinar
- Mentoring a student
- Assisting OWU Alumni (recent Alumni, or Alumni in transition)
- Serving as a resume-reviewer for OWU students and/or Alumni
- Participating in OWU events such as speed networking, mock interviewing, panels, etc.
