Account Executive Calculated HireBiography
As a sales account executive for Calculated Hire, a talent delivery firm, Grace’s main responsibilities center around managing the company’s relationships with organizations to identify how they can add value to the clients’ hiring processes. This involves strategic business development, working closely with the firm’s recruiters, building relationships with clients, and assisting in consulting and creating hiring solutions within those organizations.
Grace is glad to work with Marketing, Business Management, and Psychology students in the following ways:
- Speaking with a student virtually or on the phone
- Conducting a virtual webinar
- Mentoring a student
- Assisting OWU Alumni (recent Alumni, or Alumni in transition)
- Serving as a resume-reviewer for OWU students and/or Alumni
- Participating in OWU events such as speed networking, mock interviewing, panels, etc.
- Building a strong resume/LinkedIn tips, networking, interview skills and preparation
During her time at OWU, Grace was involved in Women’s Lacrosse, Delta Gamma, Career Connection, and the Economics Management Fellowship Program.
