Forrest has worked his entire 2nd career in public relations. Forrest has worked mostly in politics, but also in non-profit and for-profit companies as well. He started in political campaigns and has done communications at all different levels. At Ohio Wesleyan, Forrest studied Theater and Performance. Currently, Forrest works as the Communications Director for the Office of Congressman Andy Kim (NJ-03), and his office regularly hires interns throughout the year.

Forrest is interested in working with Political Science, Government, and Communications / English majors, especially those who want to write for a living. Forrest is open to being contacted via email, and supporting the OWU Community with the following:

• Speaking with a student 1:1 on campus
• Speaking with a student virtually or on the phone
• Presenting to a class in-person
• Presenting to a student organization
• Conducting a virtual webinar
• Mentoring a student
• Assisting OWU Alumni (recent Alumni, or Alumni in transition)
• Serving as a resume-reviewer for OWU students and/or Alumni
• Participating in OWU events such as speed networking, mock interviews, panels, etc.
• Hosting a student for an externship or shadowing experience
