Evelyn’s most noteworthy and rewarding professional accomplishments were the result of her ability to coach leaders, facilitate employee development, and lead team development work. By quickly establishing a deep level of trust, Evelyn helps individual contributors, leaders and teams move to authentic self-awareness, leading to organizational and personal transformation. Evelyn’s skill as a presenter and conversational demeanor opens participants to new possibilities and perspectives. A natural servant-leader, Evelyn thrives as an advisor and coach to individuals who aspire to achieve their next level of employment, leadership, and team performance, often in the midst of rapid growth and change in their organization or life. At Ohio Wesleyan, Evelyn studied Politics and Government / Journalism. Evelyn was involved in WCSA, Student Court, Intramural Sports, Greek Life, and various other Volunteer opportunities.
